About Me
EJ is not my actual name. It’s actually Emily, but I’ve never felt like it suit me. While my Dad to this day still tries to convince me they were going to name me Yabba Dabba Doo, my mom had a different tale of deciding between Emily or Jane.
It just so happens that the two authors I idolized as a child were Emily Dickenson and Jane Austen. (Side note they also never married, I’m wondering there is something there I might want to bring up to a therapist at some point.) Any way it only felt fitting that I not only use both of the names my parents considered but to represent those authors that introduced me to this world.
Random Facts about me:
I will chose a Comedy Show over a Concert, unless that concert is Stray Kids then nothing on this earth can get me to miss that.
